That's not true. I can take the bus to Dupont, change over to the yellow line at Gallery Place, get off at the King St. Metro, walk 1.5 miles to the Alexandria waterfront, and pay $30 to take a water taxi to National Harbor. If that's not convenience, I don't know what is.
