Not heavily at all. I Metro to work, so I only use my car maybe 2-3 times a week, but half of those trips could easily be made by Metro or carpooling, I just drive because ... A) I'm lazy B) My car needs exercise ... and the other half of the time, I could FlexCar/ZipCar or borrow a car from roommate/girlfriend/whoever.
