I recently discovered the Crunchy Con blog, written by a conservative environmentalist. I hadn't heard the term "crunchy con," but it's a lot catchier than Log Cabin Republicans, don't you think?I don't expect to agree with everything written by the author, Rod Dreher, but it's certainly a different take on politics. Just last week, posts criticized both Barack Obama and President Bush.
One recent posts asks if there are any "crunchy con" neighborhoods in the DC area. The comments are definitely worth a read, some very thoughtful responses.
